The total of 800 people were arrested on the day, which came to be called "Day of the Dervish", February 19, 2009. Today, are 21 persons from the total of 800 who were deprived of there freedom without any reason, still under arrest. They are on the department 249 of the notorious "Evin" Prison, which is heavily guarded. These men have not yet been allowed to see their loved ones, their families have not had access to the prison and the detainees have not been given the permission to see a lawyer. Here are their names:

Mikail Qorbani, 11. Reza froutan, 12. Peyman Emrai, 13. Reza Mehravar, 14. Moslem Sanaat Parast, 15. Ismail Sanaat Parast, 16. Mostafa Kashi, 17. Naser Papi, 18. Soleiman Nori, 19. Mosa Shahryari, 20. Ali Nazari, 21. Mohammed Hamrahi.
